The Friendship Initiative is a campuswide and campus and community initiative started at Oberlin College to promote friendship as a radical framework for developing international, interfaith, and intercultural justice and peace from the personal to the global levels.

We invite you to join in this initiative and encourage you to contact us with your own creative and constructive projects to promote friendship.

Join Us for Tea

The Oberlin Friendship Circle invites you to tea from 5-6 p.m., Wednesdays in the Multifaith Center at Lewis House (68 S. Professor St.) when classes are in session. There is no specific agenda other than to share tea and cookies and meet friends. The Friendship Circle, which hosts the tea, is the group that plans Friendship Day.
