Vinyasa Yoga is an all-levels flow class, meaning the movement flows from pose to pose using one's breath. This practice serves to elevate the heart rate while developing muscular endurance/strength/pliability. Vinyasa relies on healthy wrists, shoulders and low back. This All-levels Vinyasa class was previously taught in the Philips Gym double squash court.
The class is held in Solaluna Yoga Studio, near the Blue Rooster. Studio fees apply.
