Davey Shlasko tells stories from the making of Trans Allyship  Workbook and from Shlasko’s nearly 20 years of work as a trans advocate and educator.

From getting (and keeping) jobs as an out genderqueer person, to trainingformerly lesbian separatist therapists to effectively support their trans clients, to sneaking radical intersectional work into the unlikeliest of places disguised as “trans 101” workshops, Shlasko shares some laughs, some lessons learned, and some practices for supporting each other in the intrans community.

Fragrance-free event: For the health and safety of presenters and participants, please avoid wearing scented products such as perfume, cologne, aftershave, scented lotion, scented hair
products, etc. to this event.
