The Studio Art Senior Capstone course prepares our majors to launch into the competitive art world. Meet art department alumni and hear first-hand how they navigated life with a BA in Art. Each alum in this series represents a different career pathway.

Fredericks & Mae is a design studio that was born in 2008's Senior Studio. What started as a joint senior show grew into a shared practice and full-time job - we now make over 130 products and sell them all over the world.  What we learned in the silkscreening studio became the foundation for our business - an interest in materials, reproducible art, compelling graphics and effective communication all started there and have carried us as we have grown and transformed!  Join us as we give a brief history of how we got from there to here - and ask us some questions - we love to chat.
