Personal Growth Group

The Personal Growth Group is an activity-based, hands-on group for all students who want to explore feelings, learn healthy coping strategies, and deepen personal insights all while having fun in a creative and supportive environment. There is no commitment to the group. You can attend when you have time or you can come the weeks when the topic speaks to you. 

Each week there will be a topic based on one of the 8 elements of wellness:

3/8 - Creative

3/15 - Emotional

3/22 - Social

3/29 - Financial

4/12 - Enviornmental

4/19 - Intellectual

4/26 - Physical

5/3 - Spiritual
