"Hurdles and antidotes to making science communication effect," is topic of talk presented by James Druckman, Payson S. Wild Professor at Northwestern University.

Professor Druckman currently is the editor of Public Opinion Quarterly. His work has been recognized with numerous awards including over 15 best paper/book awards published articles in journals such as the American Political Science Review, the American Journal of Political Science and the Journal of Politics.

Professor Druckman's research focuses on political preference formation and communication, and his recent work examines how citizens make political, economic, and social decisions in various contexts.
