Fundraising For Ventures: Get Investors & Get Started

The Office of Entrepreneurship is excited to present Fundraising For Ventures: Get Investors & Get Started, Part III in our "Ready For The World" series.

Danielle Strachman, Co-Founder of 1517, will present on Thursday, April 27th at 5:15 p.m. in the Moffett Auditorium in the Center of Engaged Liberal Arts, Mudd Center. She will cover what is takes to get started with a venture or business idea, (it takes less than you think), the basics of fundraising, the common pitfalls of founders, as well as, share a few success stories about how some of the greats, like Dylan Field (Figma) and Austin Russell (Luminar) build their companies. Light snacks & beverages provided.
