Classics Department Winkler Lecture

A lecture will be presented by Izzy Levy, a graduate student in Classics at Columbia University. Izzy is the winner of the 2023 John J Winkler Prize, and will give a talk titled: "Poetic World-Building, Queer Ephemerality, and Sapphic Memory Work: Sappho 94 and Eloise Klein Healy"
