Research Interests:

My main research focuses on an interdisciplinary view of Holocene coral-reef development and the effects of human impacts on coral reefs and coastal systems. Since coming to Oberlin in 1998, I have actively involved undergraduates in my research. If you are interested in gaining experience as a practicing geologist, come by Carnegie 407 (office) or 416 (lab) to inquire about ways to get involved. For more information on my research go to my Personal Web Site or go directly to my Research Web Site.
