  • MindSpa is a virtual relaxation space. 
  • Mental Health Toolkit for BIPOC students was created in collaboration with the MRC and includes webinars, podcasts, websites, and other online resources. 
  • Ulifeline is an anonymous, confidential, online resource center, where college students can be comfortable searching for the information they need  including on various mental health topics, advice on helping a friend, and self-assessment tools.

In case you missed ‘‘How the Health Are You? A Minority Mental Health Roundtable,’’ don't worry: The recording is now online via the college website and YouTube channel. In this 60-minute recording, you can view students and alumni of color discussing their mental health journeys and how they support themselves and their communities. You‘ll also learn strategies for optimal mental health.
