Zoom Basics Video for Faculty
This short video was created by Oberlin Audiovisual staff and will walk you through how to download Zoom and use it to host a meeting.

Zoom Overview Video for Faculty
This hour-long training video is a recording of the presentations that Audiovisual staff have been giving to teach faculty how to use Zoom. Includes basics and Oberlin best practices.

Zoom's Professional Training team hosts regular, 45-minute webinars covering how to download the Zoom applications and join a Zoom meeting, how to schedule a meeting and send out invitations; and in-meeting controls and differentiation tools (including the waiting room, share screen, breakout rooms). CIT staff can assist you with using Zoom. Open a ticket using the CIT Tech Support Portal. When creating a ticket, select the Software category and the Zoom subcategory to send your request directly to Audiovisual Services staff.
