Student Success Leadership Council
The Student Success Leadership Council (SSLC) aims to strengthen the relationship between students and staff by establishing a safe space to share perspectives and further collaboration. Additionally, SSLC aims to center the voices of students by empowering them in ways that produce a healthy, productive, and meaningful leadership development experience across the Oberlin College and Conservatory community.
Members of the Student Success Leadership Council are driven, caring, and passionate about student success. They're invested in creating positive change on campus and building relationships across departments. Working in tandem with the Center for Student Success staff and in the spirit of transparency, SSLC members will develop opportunities for student engagement, lead project-based activities, and create spaces for constructive dialogue.
