Biography

Brandon Davis is the Assistant Director for Career Readiness and Inclusive Excellence. In this role, he serves as the Career Advisor for the Arts, Communication and Technology Community which he provides career advising, outreach for career-related programming and is the liaison for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Athletics. 

He identifies as a bi-racial male and is a first-gen college graduate. In his previous position, Brandon was the NCAA Eligibility and Student-Athlete Success Coordinator for the Football team at Ohio University. In this role, he advised and mentored student-athletes focusing on their academic performance and meeting graduation initiatives, along with assisting them in securing internships and career opportunities for life after sports. Before joining the athletic department, he served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Multicultural Student Access and Retention at Ohio University. This position provided him the opportunity to advise first-year college students in their transition from high school to college in areas of major exploration, utilizing campus resources and adapting to the university atmosphere. 

Outside of work, Brandon loves to travel and experience new places with his wife, watching sports, golfing and spending time with their adopted dog Mia.
