Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Student Conference

Oberlin College can send one delegate to the 60th annual Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Student Conference. The session is set for April 6-9 at the academy in Annapolis, Maryland. It is one the leading foreign affairs conferences for students in the United States. 

This year's conference explores the topic, ‘‘War, Peace, and the Gray Zone.’’ During the conference, undergraduate students will discuss pressing global issues and have the opportunity to engage with an international network of future civil and military leaders.

The delegate’s involvement in the conference will be the submission of a 800-1,200 word policy paper for the opening discussion.

The politics department will cover travel expenses to the Naval Academy, while the academy will provide food and lodging. Interested students can apply online or stop by the politics department in Rice 216 to get an application. Application deadline in noon, Tuesday, February 18.
