Oberlin College has been invited to send one delegate to the 59th annual Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Student Conference (NAFAC), April 8-11, 2019. This year’s conference is titled “Coming Apart: The Fate of the Rules-based Order.”
NAFAC is one of the United States’ leading foreign affairs student conferences. At the conference, undergraduate students discuss pressing global issues and have the opportunity to engage with an international network of future civil and military leaders. The delegate’s involvement in the conference will be the submission of a 800-1,200 word policy paper for the opening discussion. Travel expense to the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD will be covered by the Politics Department. Food and lodging will be provided by the Naval Academy.
