Biography

Amy Egle (she/her) joined Oberlin College and Conservatory in May of 2022 as Manager of the Center for Intercultural Engagement (CIE) with four years of experience in higher education.

In her role, Amy oversees the daily operations of the CIE while providing comprehensive support for the Assistant Vice President and Dean for Intercultural Engagement. Her diverse administrative responsibilities include streamlining processes, onboarding and training staff, budget and financial management, and communications for the four offices within the CIE. 

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Oberlin College and Conservatory and spent 20 years as a professional musician and teacher. Before joining Oberlin, Amy was the Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Dean of Students at The College of Wooster.
