Young Alumni Giving

“You are forever tied to Oberlin. That's why Oberlin is relevant to you, even now.”

Graduate school. Internships. Travel. A wedding. Volunteer work. Kids. Life after Oberlin can be ... busy. And the further you are from that undergraduate experience, the easier it is to forget how much of an impact Oberlin has had on your life. But you ARE Oberlin. And now you’re taking your Oberlin experience into your community, to change the world — one person at a time.

Today’s students need your support to become tomorrow’s doctors, teachers, activists, and community leaders. But without your support, many students could not afford an Oberlin education. Young alumni support is essential for Oberlin to be able to offer a uniquely excellent education to all current and future Obies — and to help them develop into tomorrow’s leaders.

Become a Leader in Alumni Giving

Our newest alumni have the capacity to make a huge impact! A few years ago, giving levels were established for Oberlin’s newest alumni to become members of the John Frederick Oberlin (JFO) Society. Now, alumni who make an annual cumulative gift of $250 or more prior to their 5th reunion year can become members of the JFO Society. Alumni who make an annual cumulative gift of $500 or more between their 5th and 10th reunions can also become members of the JFO Society.

Join an Oberlin community of generous supporters and help us empower the next generation of students!
