Oberlin College and Conservatory is following local, state, and national health organization guidance in welcoming visitors to campus.
Please review these guidelines so you know what to expect during your visit experience. We will continue to monitor CDC and local health guidelines and act in the best interests of the Oberlin community.
Face Coverings & Social Distancing
Oberlin College is requiring that both vaccinated and unvaccinated people wear a mask while on campus. The Admissions Office will have a supply of disposable face coverings available for any guest who needs one. Guests are also asked to follow social distancing guidelines.
Class visits are available for students admitted for the Fall of 2022 only. Visiting admitted students must be fully vaccinated or show proof of a negative test result that is no more than 72 hours old in order to visit classes while on campus. Advanced registration for a campus visit is required, but you do not need to make specific class visit arrangements in advance.
All guests are asked to do a health self-check the day of their visit. Anyone who is not feeling well, who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, and/or who realizes they may have been exposed to the virus in the past five days should refrain from visiting. If you need to cancel your visit, please know that you will not be penalized in the application process. The health and safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority.
