- Room Change Process Ends for Fall Semester:
- Last Room Change offers will be Monday, 12/1
- Planning a Party:
- Last weekend for campus-wide parties in the residence halls are Friday, 12/5 & Saturday, 12/6
- Help Conserve heating Resources
- Keep all windows and doors closed, especially public areas.
- Keep radiators free of obstructions
- Dress in layers for maximum warmth and adaptability to changing temperatures

- Do you have a vacancy in your room or do you have a roommate leaving for second semester?
- If you would like to makea roommate request, complete a Roommate Request Form on line by Monday, 12/1
- Going on Leave Winter Term and/or Spring?
- Norify the RE&DS Office by Friday, 12/5

- Want to go Off Campus next year? Then you MUST attend one of the following orientation sessions to be eligible for off-campus status.
- The first orientation sessions is on Sunday, 11/2. For a complete list of dates, click here.
- If you have questions, you can visit one of the Off-Campus Housing information Tables and talk to a staff member.
- The first Off-Campus Housing Information Table is on Thursday, 11/6 at the Conservatory Lobby during Lunch. For a complete list of dates, click here.
Housing Process
- Off Campus Release Process for Fall 2009
- Eligible students must complete the Individual or Group Applications by midnight Wednesday, 11/26.
- Theme Living
- Have a group of friends that you would like to live with next year?
- Consider creating a new Theme Living option for a designated section of a Residence Hall
- Forms available Wednesday, 10/29
- Deadline to submit form is Wednesday, 11/26
