The Oberlin College Upward Bound Program has lost its funding for the 2003-2007 grant period. As of August 29, 2003, the Upward Bound office will be closed. We are currently appealing the decision by the United States Department of Education to defund our program. If the appeal process works out favorably, we will reopen our doors and continue providing services to our youth. Until then, the Upward Bound website will not be updated.
