The following is a compilation of weekly reports from the Office of Safety and Security.

Feb. 17, 12:26 a.m. An officer transported a student to Allen Memorial Hospital for treatment after the student injured his leg while riding a bicycle.

Feb. 18, 10:31 p.m. An officer responded to a report from a staff person of a suspicious person drinking alcohol in Burton Hall lounge. The person, identified as a visiting alumni, was approached and informed drinking alcohol is prohibited in the lounge area.

Feb. 18, 11:19 p.m. An officer responded to a report of a visiting student who became ill from alcohol in Wilder Hall. Her student hosts provided transportation to their room.

Feb. 19, 1:19 a.m. An officer received a report of the transport of a student by ambulance to Allen Memorial Hospital for treatment of an injury after falling on the ice near Talcott.

Feb. 19, 3:15 a.m. An officer responded to a report from a student of an intoxicated student sleeping in the lounge of Langston Hall. The male woke and left the lounge. A check of the building was made and the student could not be located.

Feb. 19, 12:46 p.m. An officer received a report of the transport of a student from Dascomb by ambulance to Allen Memorial Hospital for treatment and observation of a possible diabetic reaction.

Feb. 19, 4:50 p.m. An officer transported a student to Allen Memorial Hospital emergency room for treatment after he dislocated his shoulder while performing at the Cat-in-the-Cream in Hales Gym.

Feb. 19, 4:56 p.m. An officer responded to a report from a staff person of a motor vehicle accident, involving a College vehicle, at Professor and Union streets. There were no injuries. Oberlin Police Department responded for a report.

Feb. 20, 1:08 a.m. An officer responded to a report from a staff person of broken glass in the stairwell of Langston Hall and information ripped off a bulletin board in the corridor. There are no suspects. The glass was cleaned up.

Feb. 20 , 10:00 p.m. An officer and the Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in Hales Gym. The alarm was caused by a detector malfunction.

Feb. 20, 10:00 p.m. An officer and the Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in Harkness. The alarm was caused by steam from hot water.

Feb. 21, 8:20 a.m. An officer responded to a report from a student who had fallen on the ice while riding her bicycle through Tappan Square. The student wanted to report the icy sidewalks, but declined medical treatment.
