The following is a compilation of weekly reports from the Office of Safety and Security.

Feb. 20, 11:00 p.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of an injured student in Wilder Hall.

11:56 p.m. Safety and Security Officers and Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Asia House. A bowl had melted on the stove creating smoke which activated the alarm.

Feb. 21, 3:23 p.m. A Safety and Security Officer and Oberlin Police Department responded to a report of a flasher near the cemetery/golf course. The flasher was a white male, about 5'10, 180 pounds, mid 30's and had a reddish brown handle bar mustache. He was wearing sun glasses and a white baseball cap.

Feb. 22, 2:00 a.m. Safety and Security Officers and Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Fairchild. Fire extinguisher residue which was found in the lobby area activated the alarm. There was no fire.

5:50 a.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to an ill subject in Barrows. The subject was transported to the hospital for treatments.

9:01 a.m. A Security Officer responded to the report of a subject laying on the floor in the east hallway of Langston. The subject was found to be sleeping. The subject was wakened and sent on his way.

2:31 p.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a bike theft from Langston. The bike was a Schwinn Cruiser, 1 speed with white wall tires and was valued at $249. The bike was later recovered by a Safety and Security Officer during a routine patrol.

10:51 p.m. Safety and Security Officers and Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Dascomb. Smoke from someone cooking activated the alarm.

4:13 p.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a men's bike theft from South Hall. The bicycle was a men's, turquoise in color, with black rims. The bike was valued at $250.

Feb. 23, 1:28 a.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a disorderly person at Allencroft. The subject left the party prior to the officer's arrival.

Feb. 24, 3:13 a.m. A Safety and Security Officer, while on routine patrol of Asia House, noticed a strong odor of something burning. A pan of smoking rice was found on the stove. The stove was turned off and exhaust fans were turned on.

3:52 p.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a stolen camera from Philips Gym. The camera was a Kodak 3200 series, black in color and valued at $100.

Feb. 25, 8:46 p.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of stolen clothing from Philips Gym. Taken was a black sweatshirt, one pair of gloves, a pair of blue jeans and a hooded sweatshirt.

Feb. 26, 3:23 p.m. Safety and Security Officers and Oberlin Police Department responded to a robbery alarm at the Oberlin Inn. There was no robbery and the cause for activation was undetermined.

9:16 p.m. Safety and Security Officers and Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Warner Center. Cause of the alarm was found to be smoke from a fog machine.

10:06 p.m. A Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a suspicious person in Dascomb. The subject was located and found to be looking for an employee friend.
