Nov. 30, 12:55 a.m. An officer responded to Baldwin to assist an ill student. The student was transported to Allen Medical Center by ambulance for treatment.

Dec. 1, 1:59 p.m.
A staff member at Mudd Audiovisual reported the theft of a Panasonic VCR/DVD player, valued at $250. Incident is under investigation.

Dec. 1, 5:11p.m. An officer responded to Noah Hall to assist a student not feeling well. The student was transported to Allen Medical Center for treatment.

Dec. 1, 10:47 p.m. A resident of Harkness reported receiving an annoying phone call. The caller said hello and then there was silence. The call was not threatening in nature. Incident is under investigation.

Dec. 2, 1:12 a.m. A resident of Barrows Hall reported three students on the second floor tearing down flyers from the message board. There was also graffiti on the men’s bathroom wall at the south end of the second floor. An officer responded, but the individuals were not located. A follow up will be conducted.

Dec. 2, 9:50 a.m. Officers and Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm on the second floor of Firelands Building. The cause of the alarm was found to be smoke from cooking food and a lack of ventilation. The alarms were reset with no further problems.

Dec. 2, 5:34 p.m. A resident of South Hall reported an odor of marijuana coming from a room on the third floor. Officers responded and located the occupant of the room. A small amount of marijuana and two glass pipes were confiscated. The matter is being referred to the Student Life Office.
