Born inside a burning building, Noah Guthman knew he was destined to be a firefighter. Little did he know that one rescue would change his life. As he ran into an inferno to find the missing children, he started hearing a strange noise coming from one of the rooms and followed it. He emerged from the blaze, two babies under each arm, to the relieved sights of the parents and the cheers of the crowd. In return for their salvation, the babies used their secret magical powers and bequeathed unto Noah the gift of excellent close harmony singing. With newfound purpose, Noah embarked on a long and daring journey to spread a cappella love throughout the world, founding Pitch, Please! (one of Oberlin's co-ed groups) and joining the Obertones, in the name of magical fire-babies everywhere.
