"For more than thirty years Mary Heiny Sensei has followed a path of physical and spiritual inspiration as a student and teacher of Aikido. Heiny Sensei brings to every class, workshop and seminar she teaches not only her years of Aikido training and teaching, but her extensive experience and study of Japanese culture, language and Shinto and Buddhist philosophies."

SCHEDULE:

Friday, January 30:
8:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 31:
10:00 am - noon
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, February 1:
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

FEES: $75 for the weekend or $25 per class.

Please bring weapons. Housing is available.
