The United States Power Squadrons (USPS) is dedicated to safe and enjoyable sail and power boating, and was founded in 1914.
The Vermilion Power Squadron was established September 14, 1937. Hey, we're 70 years young!
Membership Meeting
As a result of the District Spring Conference Meeting, which will be held March 28, 29, 30, 2008, our regular Vermilion Power Squadron membership meeting for March has been cancelled. Our April meeting will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2008. This meeting will host our annual Change of Watch, and will take place at The Estates at Indian Ridge, in the Community Bldg., located at 1141 Vermilion Rd., Vermilion, Ohio 44089, which is approximately one mile south of Liberty Blvd., on the east side of the road. The Community Bldg. is the structure just north of the tennis courts.
Happy Hour will begin at 6:00pm, lasting until 7:00pm. Dinner will begin at 7:15, and will consist of; Chicken Cordon Bleu, Twice Baked Potatoes,Herbed Vegetable Medley,Fresh Garden Salad and Roll, Coffee, Iced Tea, and an assortment of Dessert dishes. This event will be catered by Theresa Arendt, the owner of "Our Little Secret Garden Cafe' ".
It is imperative that you RSVP with Dave Bialorucki, no later than March 21, 2008. Dave can be reached at (440) 282-2282.
