The Oberlin Science Center—which joins new construction and renovated facilities into a unified science complex—is the largest capital project in the College's history. The center houses the biology, chemistry, neuroscience, and physics departments.

New Construction
totals 137,000 gross square feet
includes a building for the chemistry department, the science library, and a commons area
adds space for biology and neuroscience by adding a wing to the renovated Kettering and Sperry

Renovations to Existing Structures
totals 86,000 gross square feet
includes extensive renovations to the biology wing of Kettering Hall, the Sperry Neuroscience wing, and the Wright Laboratory of Physics
