Purdue's Resources for Writers page contains one of the best and most comprehensive handouts on topics on just about any grammatical issue, from parts of speech to apostrophes to dangling modifiers, as well as useful guides to more general writing concerns, such as English as a Second Language, Coping With Writer's Block, and Citing Sources.
Resources for Writers and Writing Instructors contains a wide-ranging list of sites including HyperGrammar, Anti-Pedantry Page, copyediting guides, the Its versus It's page and the lyrics to Schoolhouse Rock's Grammar Rock Series.
Harvard University's "Writing Tools General Guides" contains useful handouts on developing arguments, concluding essays, close readings and other general academic writing issues.
