Dascomb
Located literally in the center of campus, Dascomb is ideally situated near the Wilder Student Union, Mudd Library and the relaxing green of Wilder Bowl. The presence of a dining hall on the first floor, which serves the ever-popular Fourth Meal, gives the hall a friendly, lively atmosphere. Dascomb is the First Year Experience hall for the center and south campus areas is home to near 170 students. Six Resident Assistants (RAs) and one live-in professional staff member reside in Dascomb, and programs here are geared towards understanding and mastering the transition into college. Social programs help students make connections and friends while educational programs allow students to learn valuable ideas outside the classroom.
