Meeting Times

All meetings of the Committee shall be open to the College Community. The Committee may only call executive sessions to discuss personnel matters. The Committee may not vote on any issue while in executive session.
The Phase II Committee meets every other Wednesday in the Stevenson Conference Room. The meeting dates and times are as follows:

• June 16th (Friday), 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
• August 24th (Thursday), 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
• September 13th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• September 27th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• October 11th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• October 25th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• November 8th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• November 29th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
