Meeting Times

All meetings of the Committee shall be open to the College Community. The Committee may only call executive sessions to discuss personnel matters. The Committee may not vote on any issue while in executive session.
The Master Planning Committee meets every other Thursday in the Stevenson Conference Room. The meeting dates and times are as follows:

• August 16th (Wednesday), 10:00 - 2:00 p.m.
• August 31st, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
• September 14th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• September 28th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• October 12th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• October 26th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• November 9th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• November 30th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
