Firelands is a college-owned apartment complex on the east side of campus. About a five minute walk from campus, Firelands houses nearly 95 students among the seven levels. Both single and double studio-style apartments are available as well as double and triple occupancy apartments. Every room in Firelands is all-gender housing which allows any combination of students to live together. One Village Assistant (VA) lives in the building to help with facility concerns and coordinate events in accordance with the Senior Year Residential Experience (SYRE) program. Each apartment is furnished, has a private bathroom and kitchenette. Firelands also has a limited parking lot, availability decided by lottery.
