There are two types of Early Arrival (EA) requests.
- 1. Early Arrival "Move-In" means you officially move in and live in your assigned space.
- 2. Early Arrival "Store Only" is to store items in your room but live elsewhere until the official move in date.
Students who are granted permission to arrive early will be charged the following rates:
Early Arrival "Move-In" for Fall & Spring Semester
Prior to the Deadline
If early arrival "Move-In" is requested Prior to the Deadline, then the fee is $60 per day.
- Students who are granted permission to return early should bring a copy of their written authorization notice (e-mail) to the Early Arrival Desk.
- Fees will be charged to the semester term bill.
- Note: this fee does not include meals.
After the Deadline
If early arrival "Move-In" is requested after the deadline, then the fee is $90 per day.

"Walk-Ups"
A "Walk-Up" "Move-In" request is for any student who arrives to check in at the early arrival desk without prior authorization, then the fee is $120 per day.
- Fees will be charged to the semester term bill.
- Note: this fee does not include meals.
Early Arrival "Store Only" - Fall Semester Only
Prior to the Deadline
If early arrival "Store Only" is requested Prior to the Deadline listed below, then the fee is $20 per week.
- The Store Only option is available daily 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Store only option provides a one-time access to your room for storage of personal belongings only (via the Early Arrival Desk Staff).
- Store Only option does not provide you with your room key and does not permit you to stay in your room.
- Fees will be charged to the semester term bill.
- Note: this fee does not include meals.
After the Deadline

Please Note:
Students found having entered College Housing prior to their authorized return date or who have not checked in at the Early Arrival desk, will automatically be charged at a rate of $150.00/day for the days that they are in the building without authorization. Students may be asked to vacate College facilities until the date they are authorized to move in and may be subject to Judicial charges.
