Professor Schiff received his B.A. from Michigan State University and his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. He focuses on international politics and international organizations. He has published books on the International Atomic Energy Agency, on the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, and on Afrikaners in South Africa at the end of apartheid. He teaches courses on international relations, Middle East politics, war and arms control, international organization, and current topics in international relations.
