Where to find what you need

All of the data is available in /d2/140sp/analysis/data
A variety of profiles are available in /d2/140sp/analysis/graphic_output
The most up-to-date procedures are available in /d2/140sp/analysis/scint_smooth
We can't vouch for any older versions, so be sure to cd to this directory BEFORE you run IDL or IDLDE.  Scint_smooth.pro is the program you will want to run: it calls all the different widget programs, and is the superstructure for all data manipulation.
A table of dbw and tauiss values for the autocorrelation functions of (most of) the spectra we have been studying is available in /d2/140sp/analysis/graphic_output/ACFtable.txt
A list of what appear to be interesting secondary spectra features is in /d2/140sp/analysis/graphic_output/ListOfArmsAndSpots.txt
Profiles of all of the arms listed in the file above are in /d2/140sp/analysis/graphic_output and all are files ending in arm1profile.ps or arm3profile.ps
None of this is available on top, so don't panic if you don't find it there; you should rlogin to psr1 or psr4.  At the moment they are not on eeyore or pooh, but they probably will be by the time you are reading this.  You should be able to run IDL from any of the pulsar lab computers.
