DESCRIPTION
One pendulum hangs from another.   We have two different sets that can be used to show normal modes of oscillation and chaotic behavior.

initial conditions for normal modes
 1.  φo = 3/2  θo
 2.  φo = -3 θo
 for  θ << 1 radian
system 2:
