Support the board horizontally by
two edges between
two carts with their wheels locked. Orient the board so it will
be struck parallel to the grain. Bring your hand down in a
chopping motion and break the board with the side of your hand.
Your hand must be moving fast and without hesitation as it approaches
the board.
