Winter Term. During Winter Term, the Department offers a number of  individual research opportunities in the laboratories of faculty members. Also, students are encouraged to participate in one or more of the many off-campus research and internship opportunities at research laboratories, hospitals, and clinics offered throughout the country.

HOW TO FIND A WINTER TERM PROJECT:

WT Research Experience in the Neuroscience Department;
Get an idea of what you'd like to do by checking out the;

       1.  Neuroscience faculty on line to get an idea of the type of research             they conduct.
     
 2.  Past Winter Term Projects on line or in the Science Center posted              outside the seminar room (A247) and located on the Neuroscience              bulletin board.
Then, contact the faculty person(s) you're  interested in to see if they're available and what particular projects you may be able to participate in.

You can also contact an organization you'd like to intern with and explain your interest in a winter term internship with them, and ask about the possibilities.
