Tuesday: Oberlin
College Discussion Series On American Tragedy Continues
Oberlin College is
holding a series
of discussions this week that will lead us in the direction that
we, as a college community and a society as a whole, need to take in
order to try and find answers to the question, "Where do we go from
here?" These conversations have been organized to help serve the needs
of the students, faculty, staff and the Oberlin community.
The discussion series
will continue through Friday, September 21. Each day, three topics will
be discussed: Islam and Politics of Middle East; U.S. Policy and Terrorism;
and Backlash and Hate Crimes--giving more options for everyone to attend
different talks. Faculty will be moderating discussions and making presentations.
Please join us in King 106 from 4:30 P.M. to 6:30
