in Europe--Entry 1
This summer,
junior Jon MacDonald traveled to Europe with the Oberlin-in-Europe Summer
School program. For eight weeks, six students from Oberlin studied international
business and economic issues at universities in Holland, France, Italy
and Austria. MacDonald recorded his impressions in a student journal
for Oberlin Online.

Welcome at Seventh Annual Day of Service for New Students
Friday was the
seventh annual Day of Service for new students. Sponsored by the Oberlin
College Center for Service and Learning (CSL), the day is designed to
tie into Oberlin's motto--Learning and Labor--and help students make
connections in the Oberlin community and greater Lorain County.
