Department of Music Education Alumni
Alumni of Oberlins Music Education program contribute to an ongoing musical dialogue in many ways, teaching in both public and private schools both in the United States and overseas, holding faculty positions at post-secondary institutions, pursuing performance careers, serving as directors of music schools, and coordinating conferences to bring musicians together. We are proud of the varied contributions to the musical community made by our graduates. We believe that a solid foundation in musicianship, scholarship and pedagogy has uniquely prepared Oberlins Music Education alumni for whatever lies ahead in their professional futures.
