 Association of MultiEthnic Adoption (AMEA)
AMEA is an international association organization dedicated to advocacy, education and collaboration on behalf the multiethnic, multiracial and transracial adoption community.
AMEA provides access to culturally competent resources by connecting service providers to clients. AMEA facilitates collaboration between organizations dedicated to multiethnic, multiracial and transracial adoptee issues. AMEA conducts needs assessments to identify and meet unmet needs and recognize new trends.

Website includes guidelines for forming a local support group. There is no affiliate group/chapter in Ohio. Membership is available for individuals, families, organizations, and ally organizations. The website also offers recommended reading and films, a listing of relevant courses at universities in the US, health issues, and legal/policy information.

MAVIN
MAVIN Foundation builds healthy communities that celebrate and empower mixed heritage people and families. Our projects explore the experiences of mixed heritage people, transracial adoptees, interracial relationships and multiracial families.

Mixed Heritage Center
The mission of the Mixed Heritage Center is to provide sustaining resources to multiracial, multiethnic and transracially adopted people and families as well as support the community leaders, practicing professionals and organizations that serve them. Through consulting, research, resource referral services and training, the Mixed Heritage Center will be the most comprehensive source of existing and emerging information and tools for the mixed heritage community.
