Week of 26 January 

Recommended date for flying to London for students without prearranged housing. Students be advised that it may take you up to a week to find a flat. Drop-in office hours during this week for students seeking advice about finding a flat: Monday – Friday, 10.00 am – 2.00 pm
                                        

Tuesday, 3 February -- to arrive Wednesday 4 February Recommended date for flying (overnight) to London for students with pre-arranged housing. Note: students who have chosen to find their own flats should plan to arrive earlier (see above)

Saturday, 7 February Orientation activities, 9. 30 am – 1.30 pm
                                               
Sunday, 8 February London markets walk, 9.30 am
Monday, 9 February  Classes begin
Friday, 20 March –                 
Sunday, 29 March		 Spring Break
Thursday, 7 May Last day of classes
Monday, 11 May Program ends -- Recommended departure date. Note: in booking return flights, you should bear in mind that you will need to allow time after the completion of the semester thoroughly to clean and tidy your flat.  It is recommended that you plan to leave London on this day (when pre-arranged housing contracts will end).  If you leave your flat in anything less than the condition in which you found it, your deposit will be unlikely to be returned in full.
