                                                with pre-arranged housing)

Tuesday, 25 August                Recommended arrival date (those with pre-arranged
                                                housing)  NB: students who have chosen to find their
                                                own flats should plan to arrive earlier.  Be advised that
                                                it may take you up to a week to find a flat.

Wednesday, 26 August           Orientation begins; through Friday, 28 August

Saturday, 29 August               Free day

Sunday, 30 August                 Excursion tba

Monday, 31 August                Bank Holiday.  Free day

Tuesday, 1 September            Phase I classes begin

Thursday, 29 October             Phase I classes end

Friday, 30 October –               Fall Break
Sunday, 8 November

Monday, 9 November             Phase II begins (classes and internships)

Thursday, 17 December          Phase II ends

Saturday, 19 December           Euracom housing contracts terminate
                                                Recommended departure date

N.B.  In booking return flights, you should bear in mind that you will need to allow time after the completion of the semester thoroughly to clean and tidy your flat.  It is recommended that you plan to leave London on Saturday, 19 December (when pre-arranged housing contracts will end).  If you leave your flat in anything less than the condition in which you found it, your deposit will be unlikely to be returned in full.
