About the
Provider: Jill Blake has a B.S. in Health Promotion and
Program Management and Human Biology. She has taught comprehensive
health education in K-16 educational institutions and community
settings. In addition, she has served as a high school administrator
and substance abuse counselor. This provided a strong core of knowledge
when entering the bodywork field. Before opening her Oberlin practice
in 2002, she both received formal training in relaxation massage and
completed a six year apprenticeship with an elder bodywork
practitioner. Her service to the Oberlin College community includes
serving on the Integrative Heath Board and directing programs for both
the Office of Career Services and The Bonner Center for Service and
Learning.
Courses:
Jill also offers a weekly relaxation class on campus and
bodywork/massage mini-courses throughout the semester. For more
