Science Library Photos



The north exterior, as seen from the east. Both upper floors are chemistry labs. Single study carrels are arranged along the library's east end, and are assigned to students for a semester. Science majors are given preference during carrel signup.

 

The circulation desk and reserve shelves. Looking south toward the library entrance, the copy room is on the right, immediately adjacent to the circulation area. Two group study rooms are near the entrance. Each study room has a large table and space for 8, with a white marker board.

The reference area in summer. A primary goal in summer is to bind as many current periodicals as possible! Nearly every reference shelf range is given over to sorting recently bound journals.
