Library Poster Policy



Campus Events Posters

on designated bulletin boards in the main stairwell of Mudd and inside entryways to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors
must not be larger than 14"x22"

Ride/Rental/For Sale Signs

only on designated boards in main stairwell between Main Level and A Level

Small Emergency Notes

on glass doors at Front Entrance
use masking tape only (available at the Circulation Desk)

Electioneering signs, Manifestos, Other posters

only on designated "ANYTHING GOES" boards across from elevators in main stairwell, between A-Level restrooms, and inside entryways to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors

No posters or personal signs anywhere else in the library

This includes walls, stairwells, doors, elevators, vestibules, exterior surfaces, and the ramp

Self-adhesive stickers, labels, or signs are not allowed

Such stickers and labels are impossible to remove. Persons found placing them anywhere in the building will be subject to Judicial Board procedures.

Removal of Signs and Posters

posters advertising campus events will be removed following the event
other signs or posters must have date posted on the front and may be removed 2 weeks after posting
POSTERS AND SIGNS NOT IN ACCORD WITH THIS POLICY WILL BE REMOVED

Exceptions

Authorization for exceptions to this policy must be obtained from the Main Administrative Office (9-12/1-4, Monday-Friday)

Library-related Signs

The Library reserves the right to post both permanent and temporary signs on doors and door panels.
