QTND 22: Staplers

Dear RAE — How about a decent stapler by the xeroxes??

Staplers have been a long-standing problem for us. As soon as we put a new one out, someone seems to vandalize it. Because of that we now make staplers available for public use at the Circulation Desk. Just ask there.
