Using Restricted Access Collections

Font size: AAA

The Clarence Ward Art Library has extensive “restricted access” collections available to its patrons.  Most collections* are listed in OBIS the library’s catalog.

* The Oberlin College Mail Art Collection is not listed in OBIS; a sample is available online.  The Art Librarian is also available to provide guidance; please use the Research Appointment Form.

Art Limited Access titles are available whenever the library is open and the desk attendant is available to page the material and monitor use.

Art Special Collections and Art Flat materials are viewed by appointment.
To request a specific title call 440-775-8635 or fill out the online form.
For help selecting items, schedule an appointment with the Art Librarian.
