Newberry Library Internship Opportunity (January 2002)

Newberry Library

Please take a look at the library's general information on internships for an idea of their established work with interns. Our internship opportunity is being offered by the Reader Services Department, so please examine that department's internship descriptions in the areas of local and family history, manuscripts and archives, maps and photoduplication on the above internships page.

The Newberry Library has requested that our program forward resumes from fellows interested in an internship at their library. Please see Heather about this requirement.

About the Newberry Library: "The Newberry Library is an independent research library concentrating in the humanities with an active educational and cultural presence in Chicago. Privately funded, but free and open to the public, it houses an extensive non-circulating collection of rare books, maps, and manuscripts."

Location: Chicago, IL
